Step through the double doors and you’re instantly in vacation mode. The living room has high ceilings, a comfy sectional, 55” Smart TV, and dining table for 6-perfect for movie nights or just hanging out. Just off that space is the sleek eat-in kitchen stocked with high-end appliances and a roomy pantry, plus a game room with a pool table, bistro-style seating, wet bar, two fireplaces, and a futon that folds into a full-size bed. You’ll also find a bedroom downstairs with two queen beds and its own Smart TV. There’s a full bath with a walk-in shower on this floor, a laundry room, and even a full gym set up in the garage. Step out through the sliding doors and the real magic begins. A big backyard setup with a sparkling pool and spa, a full outdoor kitchen, and a cozy dining area under the open sky. While the kids splash around, you can fire up the grill, enjoy a cold drink at the bar, or kick back by the Zen fountain with the custom lighting for those mellow SoCal evenings. Upstairs, you’ll find five more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite is a total retreat, with a king bed, private balcony overlooking the golf course, a telescope for stargazing, and a spa like bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. There’s also a queen bedroom with its own fireplace, a fun queen over queen bunk room, a spacious king bedroom, and a large guest suite that’s perfect for extended stays or family complete with a king bed, twin trundle, its own kitchenette and café seating, plus a giant walk-in closet. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating 🙂 ✨ Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use. ✨If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs. ✨Hosting more than 14 guests? Tierrasanta is one of those hidden gems in San Diego. A peaceful, laid back neighborhood surrounded by nature but still close to everything. Our place is right by Mission Trails Regional Park, which has over 7,000 acres of open space and tons of trails if you're into hiking, biking, or just soaking up the views. It’s quiet and residential here, perfect for relaxing, but you're still only a short drive from all the buzz of downtown. You’ll find plenty of nearby parks, local restaurants, and shops for anything you might need during your stay. It’s easy to feel at home here, whether you’re grabbing coffee in the morning or heading out for an evening walk. San Diego Must Sees: Some of San Diego’s top spots are super close! In under 30 minutes, you can be wandering through the San Diego Zoo, lounging on the beaches in La Jolla, or watching sea lions at La Jolla Cove. If you're up for exploring the city, check out the Gaslamp Quarter for good food and nightlife, or head to Seaport Village for waterfront views and the USS Midway. Traveling with kids? LEGOLAND and SeaWorld are easy day trips too there’s something nearby for everyone.

Our place is super easy to get to right off I-15 and I-8. Having a car is the best way to explore the area, but rideshares work just fine too. We’ve got space for up to 3 cars (2 in the driveway, 1 in the garage), plus plenty of street parking if you need it. You’ll find tons of spots to grab a bite or a coffee just 5 miles away at Mission Valley Shopping Center, and grocery stores are close by too for anything you might need. 📍Uber usually shows up in about 15 minutes. ✈️ San Diego Airport is just 15 miles away, and if you're flying into LAX, that’s about 121 miles out.
